The international training project for students in Hablehroud watershed via students training has started in Garmsar city as its first phase.

This project which has been defined as a joint project by the forests, range and watershed management organization of Iran and the UNDP, in first phase, focused on the 4^th, 5^th and 6^th grade students in Garmsar in 2013- 2014 academic year.

Hablehroud watershed is located in Tehran and Semnan provinces and Hablehroud River is the only permanent river in Semnan province. Capacity building and raising awareness among local communities especially adolescents and children has an important role for sustainable management of land and water resources in this region. The project is defined to approach this goal.

Young engineering group of Abangah has been selected as this project’s Consultant.
