Base on necessity and effective roles of socio-cultural capacity building for sustainable water resource management, Abangah group has been focused mostly on this theme via fundamental researches also innovative plans. In this regards so many articles and papers are preperd by group which the last one is published by “Modiriat-e- Ertebatat” Magazine. M.Behnam and F. Pourmasum as its writers, explained the unstructrual approach and it’s necessity for rebalancing groundwater resources at Iran.

“Water and Jobs” which is the theme of 2016 world water day, comes as the subject of an article which has been written by M. J. Samiee (Abangah CEO) and now is published by NPPS (An online bank of articles by Center of Strategic Studying of Iran President Office). In this article, the influences of two separated issue: “water” and “Jobs” are discussed and some ideas on 4 key fields are suggested.
