At the end of the first phase of one of the biggest project for developing irrigation networks and agricultural lands in the world, which is known by the name “550,000 Hectares plan”, the matter of “operation system and the ability of developing in local stakeholders” is now the main priority of the plan.

Therefore Abangah which has several experiments on dealing with local societies and empower them towards the sustainable development has been invited for establishing and training the Rural Agricultural Cooperatives in about 100,000 hectares (approximately 40% of total lands in the first phase of the plan).

The project has been started at 2018 May and will be continued by spring of 2019.
