As a main vision of Mr. Behnam trip to Canada during September-August 2019 (as Abangah representative), negotiations with District 3, Innovation center of Concordia University, on summarizing  the actions which were taken and the steps ahead was followed. Negotiations was based on the signed community agreement at Montreal by Bahnam and Samiee, Abangah Co-founders and Dr. Graham Carr, Vice-President Research and Graduate Studies  of Concordia University during past Abangah trip to Canada (Spring- summer 2017). At the conclusion meeting which also Mr. Samiee joined via Skype, Abangah and D3 agreed to follow the agreement and common potentials on water Innovation ideas and products in next  years.
