Legal Assistant of Iran’s president, in December 2013, published the first edition of citizenship law bill and asked experts, private sectors… to share their comments, suggestions about it. Sections of the bill are deal with environmental, natural resource and sustainable development and accordingly, young engineering group of Abangah, summed up their comments and presented them at the beginning of Jan 2014.

Emphasized on the role of capacity building and public awareness to achieving sustainable development, pay special attention to under risk water resources particularly ground water like what have done about air pollution, and propose specific headings in this relevancy, and also referring to the need of dissemination and Institutionalizing of environmental ethics, are the main headings in this document which presented by Abangah.
